Elle Exxe

Elle Exxe (pronounced L.X.) describes herself as an explosion. After amassing well over 1mil YouTube hits, regular shout outs on one of the worlds biggest blogs PerezHilton.com and reaching the coveted top spots on the Hype Machine charts with her last single “Dirty Beat (Kat Krazy Remix)”, the artist formerly known as Harrison made the shock decision to set the counters back to zero and refresh as Elle Exxe. Starting from scratch may sound hard for some, but within a month of launching as Elle Exxe, she had shared a stage with acts like Professor Green, Jess Glynn and MNEK at Westfield London’s Music Cube (sponsored by Kiss FM & Sennheiser). She has new music ready for release in 2015 both self-produced and cowritten with the likes of Kevin Hastings (Rihanna, Lady GaGa), Jon Castelli(Jason Derulo, Gotye). Her style takes the best from hip-hop to rock but lands firm in the dirty pop arena.

"WHAT a voice!" - Ally McCrae (BBC R1)

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Linda Harrison - Alex Baker (Kerrang! radio)

Fjokra

Fjokra and his eponymous band have gained a reputation for exhibiting a uniquely bizarre and energetic live show that ‘combines near-minimalistic, lo-fi electro-pop with retro swing, metal and occasional epic Muse-like explosions’ (Time Out). Gracing the stages at Isle Of Wight Festival, Beach Break Festival, Shambala, Boomtown and Liverpool Sound City, Fjokra was also hand picked by Adam Ant as support for his London show in November 2014.

During the summer of 2014 Fjokra worked with director Catherine Hardwicke on her latest film Miss You Already starring Drew Barrymore, Toni Collette, Dominic Cooper and Paddy Considine. Fjokra and his band feature in a concert scene performing one of his own compositions and also plays the part of Dominic Cooper’s best friend throughout the film. Miss You Already is scheduled for international release in 2015.

Fragile Souls

Fragile Souls are ready to bring 21st century porch blues to a time where music is lacking something fresh, with one foot firmly planted in electronica and the other foot in chain gang blues an integral sound that has brought the two hues together as one genre. The Fragile Souls take pride in giving the listener a visual experience; their tracks evoke the primal gift of dance and the deep dream like trance of a movie soundtrack “Devil Sun” Fragile Souls’s next single launches on 3rd March,. Alongside the releases will be be two alternative mixes thanks to their friends at Quote Records. This showcase is being used to platform the release.

“ unique with its unusual combination of components (which), through the beauty of music they produce a canny beat and work perfectly together.” Gigslutz review.

“ Music when it hits you, it hits you hard – here is Fragile Souls Devils Sun” – Huey Lewis – BBC Radio 2

Jordan Allen

"Bolton songwriter Jordan Allen has been simultaneously blessed and cursed by the label “Manchester’s Answer to Jake Bugg” – but he’s so much better than that. This fierce, feisty debut single has a tough energy that owes far more to The Hives or Arctic Monkeys – and carries off the kind of swagger and attitude that young Jake can only dream of. Sharp lyrics, great attitude and a seemingly unstoppable momentum behind him – what’s not to like?" Tom Robinson BBC 6 Music Introducing.

It would be easy, but lazy, to describe Jordan Allen as the half-way point between Alex Turner and Jake Bugg. That said, fans of Arctic Monkeys and Bugg will most likely find something in Allen’s songs of Northern accented dark nights and sharp lyrics that they approve of. Unsigned - but probably not for long! - Fred Perry Subculture

"Intelligent, articulate lyrics laced with an ascerbic wit observing people and situations around them married to robust tunes that already show a rich diversity of sound." - Even The Stars
